REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kadzo Katana Mwasoke, (2) Jonathan Gona Ndoro Katana, (3) Kache Masha Mwamure, (4) Samuel Katana Nziro, (5) Derric Rashid Katana and (6) Samson Said Katana, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Kilifi County, registered under the title No. Kilifi/Ngerenyi/2268, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
