REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Oyola Ongango, is registered as proprietor in the absolute interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.11 hactare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Homa Bay, known as parcel No. Kanyada/Kanyango/Kalanya/1582, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
