REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Muhia Mbiriri (ID/9325508) and (2) Jane Njeri Mwaura (ID/7886746), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0723 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 10/3494 (Karai), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
