WHEREAS Regal Tropical Homes Company Limited Reg No. CPR/2011/55996, of P.O. Box 63513-00619, Nairobi, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Kajiado/Kipeto/5996, containing 0.0398 hectare or thereabouts, situate at Kajiado County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
