PURSUANT to section 69 (2) of the Advocates Act, (Cap. 16), Laws of Kenya, it is notified for the information of the general public that final orders were made and Samuel Ndungu Kingori (Advocate) – P.105/8800/11 was suspended from the Roll of Advocates for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 12th March, 2025, by the Disciplinary Tribunal pursuant to an order issued in DTC/142/2019.
