NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 103, in Volume DI, Folio 914/1958, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Adelaide Bandi, formerly known as Adelaide Spoon Bandi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Adelaide Spoon Bandi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adelaide Bandi o for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Adelaide Bandi only.
