NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th March, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 5, in Volume B-13, Folio 2432/22197, File No. 1637, by our client, Constance Muna Mjomba (guardian), on behalf of Jabali Michael Mwashigadi (Minor), formerly known as Jabali Mburu Ndungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jabali Ndugu Mburu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jabali Michael Mwashigadi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jabali Michael Mwashigadi only.
