Box 128–00510, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Immaculate Mwise Ambrose, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Immaculate Mwise Ambrose and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margret Rioba for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Margret Rioba only.
