REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Njeri Kigera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.507 hectares or thereabout, known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 4/161, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 2097 of 2014, has issued grant and letters of confirmation to Catherine Wairimu Kigeria (ID/12710897, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Catherine Wairimu Kigeria and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Njeri Kigera (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
