WHEREAS Peter Kuria Kahoni (ID/12762023), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/14, situate in Kwale County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
