REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julia Chibungu Mwamuye, of P.O. Box 104304- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered leasehold proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mombasa/Block IX/405, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block IX/405, containing 0.0139 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said record register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register/white provided that no objection has been received within that period.
