REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mambrui Golf Resort Limited, of P.O. Box 67845– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 55 acres or thereabout, known as Portion No. 236-Mambrui, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
