REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ratilal Samat Shah and (2) Ansuya Ratilal Shah, both of P.O. Box 82191, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as Mombasa/Block XVII/751-Flat No.4, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
