REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njaru Njeru alias Mwalimu Ali Njeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 15.00 acres or thereabout, known as Gaturi/Weru/312, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. 42 of 2003, has issued letters of administration to Farid M. Salim, and whereas the said Farid M. Salim has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the parcel of land, and whereas the title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Farid M. Salim and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njaru Njeru alias Mwalimu Ali Njeru (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
