GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12973

WHEREAS Geoffrey Kungania Nkoroi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.26 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, known as Kibirichia/Kibirichia/1097, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E1881 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Dinah Kagendo Nkoroi (ID/0269674), and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued to Geoffrey Kungania Nkoroi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has adduced to show that the said land title deed issued has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19 in the name of Dinah Kagendo Nkoroi (ID/0269674), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Kungania Nkoroi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
