WHEREAS Majo Muiu Shadrack Mutia, of P.O. Box 1, Sultan Hamud in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the Makueni County, registered under title No. Kasikeu/Sultan Hamud Block 1/53, by virtue of a white card/green card, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card/green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement white card/green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
