(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Reuben Kiprotich T’Soi, is registered as proprietor of
all that property, known as Moiben/Moiben Block 5(Merewet)/183,
situate in Uasin Gishu County, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said
title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a
replacement title provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
