REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Juliana Ndunge Mutisya, of P.O. Box 39013–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that Flat No. 8C on the 3rd floor Block C erected on parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 209/12814, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease, registered No. I.R. 81044/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
