APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 (1) of the
Urban Areas and Cities Act (Amendment) Act, 2019, and sections 4
and 7 (1) of the Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval)
Act, 2017 and upon approval by Machakos County Assembly in its
sitting held on the 6th August, 2025, I, Wavinya Ndeti, Governor of
Machakos County, appoint—
Josephine Musenya Mwau,
Anas Ali Abdalah (Sheikh),
Collins Kitaka Kaloki,
Rev. Roseh Mumbi Kitavi,
Pastor. Daniel Mutua Muoki,
Damaris Wayua Loki,
as Members of Machakos Municipality Board.
