APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 (1) of the
Urban Areas and Cities Act (Amendment) Act 2019, and Section 4 and
7 (1) of the Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval) Act
No. 5 of 2017 and upon approval by Machakos County Assembly in
its sitting held on 6th August, 2025 I, Wavinya Ndeti, Governor of
