APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (g) of the Energy Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum, appoints— SIMON ANTONY NJUGUNA to be a Member of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 12th September, 2025. The appointment* of Anthony Gachau Mbuthia is revoked. Dated the 12th September, 2025.
