NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 198, Volume D1, Folio 283/2071, File MMXXV, by our Client, Sarah Mwakiuna ‘Ntii’ Kilemi, of P.O. Box 64175– 00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sarah Mwakiuna Mbui alias Sarah Mwakiuna Kilemi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sarah Mwakiuna Mbui alias Sarah Mwakiuna Kilemi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sarah Mwakiuna ‘Ntii’ Kilemi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sarah Mwakiuna ‘Ntii’ Kilemi only.
