NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1114, in Volume DI, Folio 359/3614, File No. MMXXV, by our clients, Esther Wangui Wahome (guardian), of P.O. Box 2840–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Leuna Nyawira Gatuanjau (minor), formerly known as Leuna Grace Wambaire Matara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Leuna Grace Wambaire Matara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leuna Nyawira Gatuanjau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Leuna Nyawira Gatuanjau only.
