NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 798, in Volume D1, Folio 349/3532, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Nick Mutahi Kamwe, formerly known as Nicodemus Mutahi Kamwe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicodemus Mutahi Kamwe, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nick Mutahi Kamwe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nick Mutahi Kamwe only.
