Box 45176–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Amiir Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan (minor), formerly known as Amiir Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Amiir Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amiir Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Amiir Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan only.
