NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 476, in Volume DI, Folio 338/3439, File No. MMXXV, by our clients, (1) Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan and (2) Lul Adan Dugow (guardians), both of P.O. Box 45176–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ayub Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan (minor), formerly known as Ayub Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ayub Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ayub Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ayub Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan only.
