NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 951, in Volume DI, Folio 736/3803, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Lord Eric Thiong’o, of P.O. Box 2056– 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Moses John Thiong’o Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses John Thiong’o Wanjiru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lord Eric Thiong’o, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lord Eric Thiong’o only.
