Box 2056– 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Ng’ang’a Gichia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Ng’ang’a Gichia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Harun Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Harun Ng’ang’a only.
