NOTICE is given pursuant section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles: Toyota Hilux, Double cab, reg. No KBG 782R; Toyota Prado VXL, reg. No KBM 113H; Toyota Wish, reg. No KBV 937R; Toyota Wish, reg. No KCF 493W; Toyota Rav 4, reg. KAX 855D; Toyota Townace, reg KBV 380L, lying at Jamii Auto Care Limited garage, Ngong Road, opposite Nairobi Baptist Church, to collect the said vehicles within seven (7) days from the date of this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction and the proceeds therefrom be defrayed against all accrued charges.
