NOTICE is given that Braced Contractors Limited has filed a petition in the High Court at Nairobi seeking orders to facilitate its voluntary liquidation. Creditors may obtain copies of the pleadings filed in court from the Deputy Registrar of the High Court at Milimani, Commercial and Admiralty Division. Further Take Notice that the hearing of the petition has been scheduled for 26th November, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. at the High Court, Milimani, Commercial and Admiralty Division, Nairobi, or soon thereafter as the Honourable Court may direct. Should you fail to appear, either personally or through a duly authorized representative, the matter shall proceed in your absence, and orders or directions may be issued accordingly. Further take notice that in the absence of any objection, the High Court may grant such orders as necessary to affect the liquidation of the company. Dated the 29th October, 2025.
