COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above mentioned part development plan was on the 28th October, 2025 completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Kisima Town, Samburu County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Physical Planning, Samburu County Headquarters Building, Basement Floor, Room No. 23. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m., on working days. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Physical and Land use Planning, P.O. Box 3–20600, Maralal in the Republic of Kenya, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
