THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT

NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Meru and the public pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 30 (3) and (4) of the County Assembly of Meru Standing Orders, that a special sitting of the County Assembly shall be held in the Assembly Chamber, County Assembly of Meru premises, situate along Kenyatta Highway, adjacent the Meru Museum, on Wednesday, the 19th November, 2025, at 2.00 p.m. At the sitting, the Governor, Meru County, Rev. Isaac Mutuma M’Ethingia, will deliver his annual state of the County address pursuant to section 30 (2) (k) of the County Governments Act, 2012. Dated the 4th November, 2025.
