THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ronald Kilukei Shompa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Kajiado-Ngong, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/7156, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Milimani in Succession Cause No. E502 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Connie Nyambura Shompa (ID/5981616), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ronald Kilukei Shompa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 in the name of the said Connie Nyambura Shompa (ID/5981616), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ronald Kilukei Shompa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
