THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nahashon Mwithiga Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.3 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Kinoo/216, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Abraham Thuo Mwithiga, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Nahashon Mwithiga Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Abraham Thuo Mwithiga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nahashon Mwithiga Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
