REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zablon Obaki B. Ayega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru Municipality Block XVII/187, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E108 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Yuniah Bosibori Ontiri Zablon, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Zablon Obaki B. Ayega (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said Yuniah Bosibori Ontiri Zablon, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Zablon Obaki B.
