THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Munyi M’Tetu, is registered as proprietor of all that
piece of land containing 0.33 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the
district of Embu, registered under title No. Kagaari/Kanja/12645, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green
card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the green card shall
be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
