PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Ngethe Kaguma (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1209 hectare or thereabouts, known as Makuyu/Kariaini Block II/323, situate in the district of Murang’a, and the administrator Hannah Wanjiku Kahugu vide probate and administration in Succession Cause No. 49 of 2016 in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi limited grant ad litem issued on 19th July, 2016, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
