THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bethuel Muthee Kimani (ID/2330373), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 1.210 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/7012 (Mutukanio), situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct a new land register (green card) under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
