THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ajali Lugho, of P.O. Box 99236, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.43 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Chasimba/456, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
