WHEREAS Hilliard Mwakio Potua, of P.O. Box 1753, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/404, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as Temp. C. F. 39734, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
