WHEREAS Paul Mabeya Marita, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0992 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 136/12917, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
