THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Laban Tole Mwakireti, of P.O. Box 118–80300, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.4025 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 16495–Voi, situate in the south west of Voi Township in Taita District, registered as C.R. 25529, and 7th November, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
