REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Flourspar EPZ Limited, of P.O. Box 50563, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 26330, situate in Kimwarer Trading Center in Keiyo District, by virtue of a sub-lease, registered as I.R. No. 90244/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said sub-lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
