NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 165, Volume B-13, Folio 2458/22479, File 1647, by our Client, Lisa Ngunee Mulek, formerly known as Risa Ngunee Mulek, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Risa Ngunee Mulek, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lisa Ngunee Mulek, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lisa Ngunee Mulek only.
