NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 38, in Volume DI, Folio 364/3657, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Abdikafi Abdullahi Ibrahim, formerly known as Abdi Abdullahi Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Abdullahi Ibrahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdikafi Abdullahi Ibrahim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdikafi Abdullahi Ibrahim only.
