NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 139, in Volume D1, Folio 347/3683, File MMXXV, by our client, Nadhir Abdullahi Ali, of P.O. 134, Isebania in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nadhir Mahat Maalim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nadhir Mahat Maalim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nadhir Abdullahi Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Nadhir Abdullahi Ali only.
