NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 32, in Volume B-13, Folio 2460/22503, File No. 1637, by our client, Aisha Mohamed Ahmed Al-Jahdhami, of P.O. Box 156–80500, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Aisha Mohamed Ahmed Jahadhmy, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Aisha Mohamed Ahmed Jahadhmy, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aisha Mohamed Ahmed Al-Jahdhami for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aisha Mohamed Ahmed Al- Jahdhami only.
