NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1129, in Volume D1, Folio 362/3641, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Shafe Mohamed Bunow, of P.O. Box 286– 70103, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shafe Hussein Mohamud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shafe Hussein Mohamud, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shafe Mohamed Bunow, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shafe Mohamed Bunow only.
