NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 723, in Volume D1, Folio 857/3809, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Siyad Maalim Jama, of P.O. Box 1917– 70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Abdullahi Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Abdullahi Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Siyad Maalim Jama, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Siyad Maalim Jama only.
