NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 252, in Volume D1, Folio 371/3711, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Ashraf Suleman Rahemtulla Bholim, of P.O. Box 568–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ashraf Suleiman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ashraf Suleiman, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ashraf Suleman Rahemtulla Bholim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ashraf Suleman Rahemtulla Bholim only.
